| Job Description : Responsibilities: This new position was born after the partnership of two large international software development and consulting corporations, which provide enterprise software applications and support globally. The ideal candidate will have a solid SAP (BW) background and initially be service oriented, but this will evolve over time to include new business. Overall Prepares the annual Business Development Plan. Building, developing and leading a new division within the company Define yearly targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategies for new products and services. Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs. Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company's strategies. Account Management Increase the company's involvement with existing Partner clients Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports. Business development and marketing Pro-actively hunt for target organisations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services. Build referral and lead generation network Develop the corporate brand strategy Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients Implement business models so as to create new ventures Forecast long and short-range market potential in the Southern Africa region Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes |
| Job Requirements : Skills Entrepreneurial spirit Flexible, cope well with change, and 'trial-and-error' Driven and determined Excellent Inter-personal Public Relations Leadership Negotiation Marketing Business Acumen Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/NQF Level 7 or equivalent. Knowledge of SAP BW, and a solid network of SAP industry contacts Familiar with pre-sales in particular SAP pre-sales Previous Consulting Experience on senior level A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills High business acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers Salary: R900K plus R300K OTE |
