Job Tite: CRM Administrator
Job Description :
Main purpose of job
To assist the Director and business Unit in all aspects of building and maintaining good client service and relationships.

Main responsibilities

1. Financial Administration
1.1. Credit control:
1.1.1. Liaising with client with regards to correctness of statement and invoices.
1.1.2. Contacting client regularly to resolve queries and to speed up the payment process.
1.1.3. Responsible to communicate the debtor situation with the responsible Director on an ongoing basis.
1.1.4. To inform director timeously where queries needs their involvement.
1.1.5. Cash flow is kept up to date on daily basis.
1.1.6. Month end procedures and meeting deadlines.
1.1.7. Account reconciliations as required and requested.
1.1.8. All other related accounting tasks connected to the customer accounts.
1.1.9. Escalate potential problem customers to the appropriate level.
1.2. Software Assurance:
1.2.1. To prepare quotation at least one month before renewal date.
1.2.2. Follow up on payment form client and prepare payment to vendor.
1.2.3. Ensure that The company achieves its monthly budget.
1.3. Service Manager:
1.3.1. Maintaining of jobs and projects.
1.3.2. Printing of reports for Project Managers.
1.3.3. Capture timesheets for Business Unit.
1.3.4. Setup of client site profile and contacts.
1.4. Consultants and delivery notes:
1.4.1. Collect timesheet (xls) and delivery notes from TSS consultants on time i.e. Fridays 10h00
1.4.2. Sorting and checking of delivery notes i.e. project # & phase, support case ref#, rates, travel etc
1.4.3. Distribute to PM’s if necessary
1.4.4. Follow-up if not complete
1.5. Support Calls:
1.5.1. Assign calls directed to TSS from Call Desk to a consultant
1.5.2. Notify relevant consultant of the call
1.5.3. Follow-up on calls 48hours without update
1.5.4. Update calls in CRM (All communications kept up to date in CRM)
1.5.5. Escalation and follow up of all calls logged for TSS clients
1.5.6. Feedback in Friday meetings

2. CRM
2.1. Promote customers to ACCPAC
2.2. Database Administration: Keeping the CRM system up to date with client information.


2.3. All communications kept up to date in CRM to give Director transparent view of the client.

3. Other Tasks
3.1. Travel: Handling travel arrangements, visas and passports for Business Unit.

4. Reporting
4.1. Prepare reports for BU as required.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum qualification matric accounting
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Hard worker
- valid drivers licence
- willing to travel

Salary: R7 000 - R13 000 depending on skills
