| Job Description : - Ensure the filing of all project lifecycle artefacts in accordance with the Project Methodology framework. - Support the Project Managers in the running of identified project sponsor and project progress meetings; minute taking, presentation and coordination of activities including logistics. - Planning of complex travel itineraries on identified projects, booking resource accommodation, transport, arranging visas etc. - Produce weekly status report packs and ensure distribution to all stakeholders - Actively share with business all relevant information with business pertaining to the project delivery activities executed within the program of works. KPI's 1. Produce updated project list for weekly Project meetings 2. Update project schedules in EPM timeously 3. Accurately capture all project management ‘Actuals’ (delivery notes) timeously 4. Accurately schedule meetings according to the companies framework including drafting of agenda 5. Timeously plan and manage logistics for identified resources 6. Accurately take minutes of meetings in accordance with the methodology and distribute within 24hours of meeting 7. File project lifecycle artefacts in accordance with the PM framework when they become available |
| Job Requirements : - Good knowledge of EPM (Enterprise Project Management tool) - Knowledge in Project Management methods - Basic knowledge in accounting standards and practices - Understand Basic Project Management methodology. - Minute taking. - An understanding of general accounting processes - Understanding of Corporate Travel practices and procedures - Understanding of good office practice - Previous project administrator experience Salary: R8000 - R 11 000 depending on skills |
