Job Tite: Project Manager (intermediate)
Job Description :
The Project Manager (level 2) is responsible for the leading, planning, directing and implementation of projects following the clients own project methodology and standards.

-To receive concurrent projects from the Business Development team under guidance of the PMO Manager
-Responsibility for the delivery of projects, in accordance with the agreed PM methodology, using initiative, commercial drive and tenacity with internal and external stakeholders.
-To facilitate and accurately document the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
-To accurately define project schedule
-To accurately manage project budget
-Keeping of accurate, organised records of all aspects of the project providing a complete audit trail of decisions, projects progress sign-offs and caveats.
-Responsibility for the accurate identification and management of project risks and issues.
-To effectively track project deliverables using appropriate tools and ensuring client sign off at each identified stage of the project
-Ensuring appropriate communication to all stakeholders including constant feedback of project progress.
-To provide Quality Assurance checks on all project deliverables before submission to clients
-Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results

KPI's
1. Effectively initiate projects according to the Methodology within 3 days of Sales notification.
2. Effectively define your project by drafting project charter, roles and responsibilities and high level communication plan and obtain sign-off from project sponsor
3. Accurately plan the project by producing, and keeping up to date, a project schedule, budget and resource plan and obtain signoff as stipulated.
4. Actively draft a risk matrix including mitigating action where needed and escalate timeously
5. Accurately produce project management deliverables, as defined by Project Methodology, and obtain signoff as specified.
6. Actively manage delivery notes of project resources as specified within the companies Financial Governance framework.
7. Effectively monitor and control projects according to the PM Methodology.
8. Ensure appropriate signoff and project close-out activities are conducted according to the PM Methodology
9. Attend and actively participate in the weekly Resource meetings and provide management feedback

Job Requirements :
- Relevant Project Management Qualification
- Excellent command of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and EPM 2007)
-Excellent command of Project Management methods
-Good accounting skills and knowledge of general accounting standards and practices
-Strong listening and questioning skills

Salary: R23 400 –R26 500 depending on skills
